"No Response from Sales"
We made multiple attempts to get a reply from the sales team, but they just don’t get back to you. Makes you wonder how they run their business, right? I’d definitely think twice about working with Toky. If you can’t even get in touch with someone from sales, I’d guess their support isn’t top-notch. We ended up going with Cloudtalk instead, and so far, we’re pretty pleased. And guess what? They actually respond!

"Customer support is just awful..."
The support from this company is just plain awful. If you say there's a problem, they act like you're lying. Instead of investigating the issue, they keep you running around with a bunch of tests to wear you out.

Is Toky shutting down? Trying to sign up on their site feels like a lost cause. You get this message: "We’ll verify the details you’ve given us, and an email will be sent to activate your account soon." But, honestly, nothing has landed in my inbox. It's been weeks at this point.

Pricing - Really good
Interface - Top-notch, user-friendly with plenty of integrations and it even supports WhatsApp API
Support - Outstanding, responses are quick and spot on. It’s like having a personal assistant dedicated to your account, ready to help with any request or question. Amazing!

"Awesome VoIP Option for Phone Surveys"
During the pandemic, we tried a few different VoIP options, but Toky really stood out as the most dependable and even more affordable than some others (they only charge when someone answers). All in all, it's fantastic. The API is a bit superior compared to others too, but I gotta say, the customer service chat can be tricky to locate at times.

"EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!"
About a month back, we made the switch from our traditional lines to Toky, and let me tell you, the service is top-notch. Our agent is super attentive, guiding us every step of the way, and they’re always ready to help with whatever we need, plus they communicate in Spanish, which is a big plus.
I believe any future integrations that TOKY rolls out will be beneficial, and the current interactions are just great. We’re genuinely pleased with everything.
Overall, my experience has been quite satisfying! Just to mention a minor detail, the sound quality can dip a bit at times. But hey, I get that it’s likely due to mobile coverage, so I’m not pointing fingers at Toky for that. Everything else is excellent service at a fantastic price. The support from Arjan is flawless, always addressing any changes we’ve needed. I’d definitely recommend them!

He’s truly top-notch when it comes to support.
I threw all sorts of tricky issues his way—honestly, I didn’t think he could tackle them, especially during one long chat session across different accounts (LOL).
He was super kind, patient, and really helpful... and in the end, he even pulled off some tricks I didn’t think were possible.
